Joining Our Moving Referral Network

Joining our moving referral network as a referral agent is free. Each referral resulting in a booked move qualifies the registered referring party for a referral fee based on the following structure:

• 5% referral fee for interstate (long-distance or cross-country) moves.
• 10% referral fee for local moves.
• 15% referral fee for large-scale commercial moves (30 employees or more).

Eligibility for Referral Fees

• Register on our system by completing the form provided on the website.
• Submit the referral through one of the forms on our website before the client independently contacts us.
• Ensure that the client submits their details via the dedicated landing page created for them and/or mentions the referring agent's name at the start of the contact process (via form, call, email, or other communication).
• Jobs booked without mentioning the registered referring agent's name, or jobs not submitted directly by the referring agent prior to the client’s independent contact, will not qualify for referral fees.

Non-Commissionable Services

Referral fees apply only to booked moves and do not cover additional services, including storage, TV mounting and unmounting, furniture assembly and disassembly, pre- or post-move cleaning, disposal services, organizing services, art hanging and handling, or any other add-on services. Fees also exclude moving materials, such as wooden crates, cardboard boxes, or plastic bins.

Payment of Referral Fees

Referral fees are typically paid within seven days following each completed move via Zelle, Venmo, or check, based on the referring partner’s preference indicated upon registration.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
