3. Additional trucks and labor:
Be aware that 4+ bedroom homes are likely to have more belongings than one large 26ft truck can hold plus it typically requires more than the standard 3 men team. It's important to clarify with the movers whether everything will fit into the designated truck(s) and to know their plan in case it doesn't.
The last thing you want is to go through a back-and-forth situation where one truck has to be emptied before it can return to load the remaining items. This would double the duration of the move, especially if you are not moving locally, and may significantly increase costs for extra time and "unplanned" trips or Even worse, you may end up having to move the rest of the items by yourself.
Being assigned only 2 movers or one truck for a big house move with lots of belongings should raise a red flag.
