Victoria Carter, a senior real estate agent and team leader at Weichert Realty in Short Hills, NJ, introduced her clients to REALOESTATE to ensure a smooth transition to their new home in Minnesota - 1,200 miles away. A senior relocation consultant from the company was assigned to the task and scheduled a complimentary on-site service to assess exactly what needed to be moved and how everything should be handled.
Minnesota is now the 26th state where REALOESTATE offers direct moving services. This meant the clients didn’t have to wait the typical 14–21-day delivery window, sitting between bare walls without their belongings. Everything was loaded into a single truck, without the usual transfer from a loading truck to a delivery trailer - which minimized the risk of damage and ensured the same team handled both loading and unloading, adding to the overall efficiency.
In addition to complimentary furniture disassembly and reassembly (such as beds and dining tables), the clients were also provided with free TV boxes, picture boxes, and wardrobe boxes to ease the process and reduce their costs. They also chose to opt in for our professional full packing service, which included packing all loose items carefully into a variety of box sizes and saved them from days of packing-related stress and fatigue.
Upon arrival in Minnesota, all items were unpacked and removed from the boxes to avoid the familiar “living with boxes for a couple of weeks” scenario. All packing materials were cleared out, leaving their new home fully set up and move-in ready.
Victoria Carter was named by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top real estate agents in the country. She has an executive level management background, having held leadership roles with the City of New York and as a Senior Vice President at Saks Fifth Avenue. Her clients benefit from her strong managerial skills and strategic guidance, especially during the complex process of buying and relocating to a new home.
